Chateau de Bioul

Since 2020, the Domaine has been certified organic, demonstrating our commitment to viticulture that respects the environment and biodiversity.  We promote the natural balance of the estate through various initiatives: perches have been installed to welcome birds of prey, valuable allies in rodent control, and beehives have been set up to protect bees, essential for pollination. In addition, we limit mowing to two or three times a year in order to preserve the flora and natural habitats. These sustainable practices, combined with the exclusion of chemicals, reinforce our ecological approach while ensuring the quality of our wines and the protection of our ecosystem.

フレッシュでエレガントなシャルドネ＝オーセロワ。花や果実、ハーブの香りが広がります。ドライ発酵で仕上げられ、口当たりが豊かで余韻も長く続きます。食前酒としてはもちろん、鶏肉や魚料理との相性も抜群です。
